Noor Menai, has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Permuto Capital since June 2025. Mr. Menai has served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of CTBC Bank USA and as President of the associated bank holding company, California Capital Corp, since November 2012. Prior to that, he served in several other senior roles at CTBC Bank since first joining in January 2011. From September 2007 to May 2009, Mr. Menai served as the co-founder and managing director of Fajr Capital, a sovereign wealth fund-based investment fund. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Charles Schwab, an investment advisor, from October 2006 to August 2007. Prior to that, he served in several senior domestic and global roles for Citigroup from 1997 to 2006. Mr. Menai has served as a committee member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council since January 2022, on the board of directors for Chia Network Inc. since August 2023, on the board of directors for CTBC Bank USA and California Capital Corp since November 2012, and on the board of directors of the International Bankers Association of California since June 2012. Mr. Menai holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
